When you’re still trying to get off the ground, office space is one of the largest expenses you incur. And if you only have a handful of employees, are you really maximizing the value of that space? Is an office lease worth the cost to a small company? We don’t think so. And we have a great alternative already in mind: coworking space.

• What is coworking space?

Think of it as a Starbucks or a library, except instead of an eclectic mix of people, it’s full of professionals. Everyone else is there for the same reason as you: to work. There are dedicated work desks with phone lines and Ethernet ports, as well as top notch Wi-Fi throughout the facility. Whenever you come in, we’ll have a committed work space ready for you.

• But what if I need meeting space?

We’re ready to meet that need (no pun intended). We can open up additional parts of the building for meetings as needed, and each individual coworking plan comes with 10 hours of team room use.

• How about important business calls?

Great question. We’ve got phone booths. But wait – these aren’t phone booths from 1988; these are nice spaces. They have cushioned seating, with doors that close, so you’ll have both privacy and comfort.

• Sounds interesting. Anything else?

Well, everyone needs a little pick-me-up in the afternoon sometimes, right? With that in mind, we’ve outfitted our coworking space with a full service espresso bar. There’s also a conference table nearby, so you can grab your coffee and have a little “water cooler chat” with a fellow worker. Or don’t – it’s totally up to you. This coworking space is meant to fit your individual needs.
